All calls for manpower will be placed on the recorder system and website after 4:55 pm. The recorder will identify the employer, number of persons needed, classification and duration of call if known.

All individuals on the out of work list that are interested in the job are to call the Hall between 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM to be placed on the call list. Beginning at 10:00 AM jobs will be awarded according to who has called in and their placement on the out of work list, or until calls are filled. Member  must pick up referral the same day they are awarded the call before close of business at 4:30 PM

Any Book 1 Member that takes a call but does not pick up referral will be rolled to the bottom of the book. Any Book 2 Member that takes a call but does not pick up referral can no longer do an original sign by Fax. They must do original sign in person. Members who quit or get fired for cause before a short call is up will also be rolled to the bottom of the book.
